Aruba is an island full of adventure!! The 19-mile-long and 9-mile-wide island is located in the Caribbean. Itβs known for its white powdery beaches, and aloe vera products. Who would have known!?
Aruba is a year-round destination, but the best time to visit Aruba is from April to August. This is considered the βoff seasonβ meaning that you can get a great deal on a hotel room. The temperatures are higher, and the sun is always shining! Come fall or winter people all around travel to Aruba to escape the cold weather of their hometowns.Β
This is also the prime time to visit the festivals and events that happen around May and June. The Soul Beach Festival and The Aruba Wine, Food and Art Festival. Did you know that Aruba brews their own beer on the island? How cool is that!
There is so many beautiful things to see and do while visiting Aruba. You can go do a sunset and dinner cruise on a catamaran with Red Sail Sports and see Captain Ozzy! You can also walk any of the 40 beaches that are in Aruba all of which are open to the public!
There is also a Natural Land Bridge. This is in the Arikok National Park. It was formed naturally out of coral limestone. It collapsed September 2nd, 2005.Β But the view was absolutely breathtaking. This is a must see when coming to Aruba. Β
There is a lot of different cultures of food, from traditional Dutch to Asian, African, and Spanish, dining options are as diverse and welcoming as the people.
You can eat fresh fish straight from the sea, share a glass of wine at sunset with your toes in the sand, or indulge in classic Italian in the shadow of a century-old lighthouse.
